One of my favorite things about this hotel was the breathtaking view from our room. It was absolutely stunning to wake up to every morning. Another major plus was the extensive breakfast buffet that offered both Asian and European dishes. The hotel was also conveniently located near some great restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area.

The staff seemed to be inexperienced and poorly trained. We faced several awkward moments during our stay, including being served a warm beer with ice cubes and having our starter and main course served at the same time.

Great location, beautiful views, reasonable prices at restro, mix of Indonesian and Western food, nice and clean rooms, extensive breakfast.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects included the stunning scenery, delicious breakfast with various food options, and friendly staff. The pool offered a fantastic view and the room was clean with a lovely balcony. Additionally, there were nearby waterfalls and temples to explore.
